I had a great opportunity to work with some wonderful people in Philadelphia who were opening a new restaurant concept called HOPS. HOPS was to pay tribute to the former breweries in the area dating back to the 1860’s, known as Brewerytown, and the cities growth taking place in our current time. Boasting a neighborhood feel, the establishment caters to young professionals, millenials and families. By combining the rich history of the past with new and modern design, HOPS taps into an approach that delivers intrigue, informs the mind and visually excites.
